Customer service

In order to optimise customer service, we have developed an application that allows us to easily monitor our entire clientèle.

Our well-equipped sales department has the application installed on its tablet. This tablet provides each salesperson accurate information and annual sales statistics, presented in detail for every type of client.

Reliability

Once the order has been placed electronically (tablet), the salesperson can connect to the company’s VPN at any time and send the order directly to the order processing department. There the order is printed and the items are sorted, scanned one by one and packaged. Only then will the system allow the accounting department to issue the exact invoice.

Through this process, which we have been applying since 2011, we annually invoice over 7,000 orders on average, having eliminated any chance of error.

Deliveries

Orders within Attica are distributed on a daily basis with our own vehicles. In areas outside Attica, deliveries are made by agencies of our choice and our company always covers the transport costs.

Combined with the electronic recording and shipment of orders (tablet), we have managed to keep delivery times throughout Greece down to between 1 and 3 working days from the date of order placement.
